Project Outline

D&C worked with the client and principal designer to completely strip out and modernise the existing space. This was achieved between key race days to minimise downtime. The whole project from start to finish took 10 weeks with only one event affected by the works.

Before commencement of works

The space was a dull, dreary underutilised room with a very low average spend. After consultation with the client and their designer, Design and Create were appointed to completely modernise the space. The Members Club facility was designed to be a private space for members on race days but can be utilised on a non-race day for private corporate events.


Initial Renders

These renders show directional views of the space, examples of the bar finishes, coffered ceiling detail and general wall and flooring finishes making sure the client and designer were all in agreement before fabrication and install.

Final Product

Every element of the final product was manufactured, finished and installed by Design & Create, showcasing our ability to work with multiple materials and techniques to bring designs to life.
